Shipping Methods
We prefer to use FedEx Express for trackablility and excellent parcel treatment. We insure all parcels for the full purchase price of the item. For international customers, we may agree to list the contents as a “gift” or other designation to decrease any import tariffs. All tariffs incurred are payable by the customer. Listing a parcel’s contents as a lesser value than the actual value does not obligate Erogear, LLC to pay any tariffs incurred.
Any import tariffs incurred for any shipments originating outside the United States for delivery to Erogear, LLC will be payable by the customer.
Erogear, LLC will not be obligated to refund payment for the loss of any parcels upon shipment due to theft, damage or otherwise. The application of parcel insurance via the shipping company used will likely provide adequate compensation for such loss. All claims thereof must be directed to the shipping company.
